Smartech is a Naval and Industrial Design company founded in 2013; relatively young by foundation, it boasts a twenty year work experience in the field, gained by partners and employees inside large Italian companies that have made the history of shipbuilding, allowing the development of naval projects among the most innovative in the Italian shipbuilding scene. Destriero, NUMA, Maltese Falcon, Serene are just some of the past projects that represent the company background.

Smartech operating staff represents the true company assets. It is made up of a skilful blend of experience, desire to learn and will to grow. The workforce integrates people with extensive business and dockyard knowledge and young people fresh out of school, eager to learn and increase their experience. The team, made up of nautical engineers, naval mechanics experts and designers, is made up of 8 units who operate entirely in the site located in Sarzana. Depending on the workload, the workforce can reach 12 units, taking advantage of highly experienced and professional external consultants.
